Can I also play while your team is grinding?
Since only one person can play with an account at a time you are unable to play while we are grinding.
What if I need to login to my account for some quick task?
In that case, you are free to reach out to us and we will logout and allow your to complete your task.
Can I return an item?
Since this a service which cannot be reversed you are not permitted to return items once it is completed.
I want to purchase a grind which usually takes days to complete. So do I have to wait the whole time without playing on my account?
You have the option to schedule your grind so we only play during that time. But please note that this will affect your delivery time.
How do I schedule an order?
You can let us know the time period you need to use your account. So that, we will not grind during those hours.
