Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund, but you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the situation.

To be eligible for a refund, you should inform us the reason for requesting a refund.

Here are the common occasions for which you are eligible for a refund.

  • Team Yetzy is unable to fulfil the order as described.
  • The order has been delayed longer than agreed without a justifiable reason.
  • You are not interested in sharing your gaming account credentials.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • We have already started the order, and you need to stop the grind completely.
  • The grinding has to stop due to unavoidable circumstances.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You may be eligible to swap your order for another one if the grind has not started yet. Send us an email at support@yetzy.com or simply inform your booster.

Returns

Returns are not applicable. You cannot return any orders you have purchased once they are completed.
